MANUFACTURING PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR-NORTH HOLLYWOOD, CA

Job Summary

Growing manufacturer of commercial foodservice equipment is seeking motivated candidates for a production supervisor/manager position in a factory. Candidates must have experience managing employees in a production environment. Candidates will manage a team responsible for building, testing, and quality checking commercial products. Stable employment history required.

Responsibilities and Duties

-Regular, punctual, consistent attendance is required
-May need to work overtime or extra hours as needed
-Set and supervise the completion of daily priorities for the production team
Manage staff development and performance to achieve production goals
-Ensure all team members work together in a productive and cooperative manner
-Manage interpersonal conflict
-Enforce company policies
-Ensure proper use of equipment, tools, and materials
-Maintain a safe and clean working environment
-Be ready to assist other team members in all areas of production
-Use personal protective safety equipment at all times

Qualifications and Skills

-Must have excellent leadership skills
-Minimum 3 years experience managing employees in a manufacturing environment
-Ability to verbally communicate and read English
-Bilingual Spanish highly preferred
-Ability to motivate employees to work together to achieve company goals

Salary Range: $67,000-$75,000 per year
