Los Angeles County, Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) is releasing a Request for Proposals (RFP) #25-04-018 for Wellbeing Services for Youth and Families. This Program will provide critical services and resources to children, youth, caregivers and families throughout Los Angeles County with a targeted focus on Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer/Questioning, Intersex, Asexual, Two-Spirit+ youth. Starting Tuesday, April 7, 2026, you may obtain a copy of the RFP #25-04-018 for Wellbeing Services for Youth and Families at: https://contracts.dcfs.lacounty.gov/ or the Los Angeles County website, https://camisvr.co.la.ca.us/LACoBids/BidLookUp/OpenBidList. The Proposals are due by: Thursday, June 11, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. PST. The County will not be liable for any costs incurred by any interested party to prepare and submit a proposal. Nothing in this RFP shall obligate the County to award a Contract. A Proposers’ Conference is scheduled for Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., via Microsoft Teams.
