The Pioneer Village Community Is pleased to announce the opening of its waiting list for affordable apartment homes in Glendale. Beginning November 27, 2025, eligible households are invited to apply for an opportunity to live in this newly developed, high-quality housing community designed to support seniors and individuals seeking long-term stability. The waiting list will remain open for two weeks. Pioneer Village is a multi-generational affordable housing community developed by National CORE and Linc Housing. This development will provide 340 high-quality homes for individuals, families, and seniors earning no more than 80 percent of the area median income (AMI). Of the 340 homes, 92 are reserved for seniors 62 years and older, 245 for low-income families and individuals, and three for onsite management. Residents will be within walking distance of Fremont Park and the Beeline Route 5 Doran/Pacific bus stop. Public libraries, medical facilities, grocery stores, restaurants, and more are within a one-mile radius of Pioneer Village.
