Director of Product

Responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, development, and management of HiveWatch’s product portfolio to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs. As a Director of Product, you will also:

Work with technology leaders and product managers to remove roadblocks.
Gain a deep understanding about HiveWatch’s consumers, merchants, internal teams, competitors, and the physical security SaaS market.
Create, assess, update, and communicate a clear product vision and strategy.
In close partnership with the VP of Product, to define and follow robust product development processes and practices.
Evaluate growth options, assess new opportunities, and identify bottlenecks.
This includes turning strategy into cross-functional aligned tactics.
Ensure that the product and executive team have a shared vision of how the product is and evolves in the future.
Build and grow exceptional teams by hiring, onboarding, coaching, and enabling them to bring products to market.

Must have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Business, or Computer Science. Must have 12 months of experience in the position or in a related position. Must have completed coursework in Price Theory, Risk Management, and Mechanics.
Pay range: $129,000 to $185,000.
Job Location: El Segundo, CA.
