The Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) is releasing a Request for Proposal (RFP) No. 25-002 to provide Youth Permanency Partners (YPP) services. The RFP will be released on or about November 3, 2025. You may obtain a copy of the RFP by visiting the Los Angeles County Contracts website at https://doingbusiness.lacounty.gov/ or the Los Angeles County DCFS Contracts website at http://contracts.dcfs.lacounty.gov/. A virtual Proposers’ Conference is scheduled for Monday, November 24, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time. The detailed information regarding the Proposers’ Conference will be posted on DCFS and County websites on or about Monday, November 3, 2025. Interested agencies who meet the minimum qualifications of the RFP are encouraged to submit proposals. Proposals are due to DCFS Contracts Administration no later than Monday, December 29, 2025, at 12 noon Pacific Standard Time. The County of Los Angeles is not liable for any costs associated with preparing and submitting proposals. Nothing in the RFP shall be construed as obligating the County to issue or negotiate a Contract.
