Los Angeles County (LAC), Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) is releasing a Request for Proposals (RFP) #25-0055 for Domestic Violence/Intimate Partner Violence Experts at the Child Protection Hotline. On or about Thursday, February 26, 2026, you may obtain a copy of the RFP #25-0055 by visiting the LAC Contracts website at https://doingbusiness.lacounty.gov/ or the DCFS Contracts website at https://contracts.dcfs.lacounty.gov/. A virtual Proposers’ Conference is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. PDT. Event registration details will be posted on the DCFS Contracts website and LAC Contracts website. Proposal submissions to the RFP are due Monday, June 1, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. PDT. The County will not be liable for any costs incurred by any interested party to prepare and submit a proposal. Nothing in this RFP will obligate the County to award a Contract.
