The Otto Gruber House Affordable Housing Community Announces the opening of the current waiting list. A 39-unit senior community, located at 143 S. Isabel St., Glendale, CA 91205, is accepting preliminary applications for one-bedroom units. The facility is covered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) under the Section 202/8 Project Rental Assistance Contract. Our community provides housing for seniors 62+ years of age or older at the time of application. The current maximum income for one person is $53,000, and $60,600 for two people.
