Invitation to Bid HVAC Project Covenant House California, a California Public Benefit Corporation, invites general contractors to bid on a public works project (“the HVAC Project”) located at 1325 N Western Ave, Los Angeles, California 90027. This project includes the replacement of two AC fluid coolers and installation of 27 Pelican thermostats for the existing water source heat pumps. This is a CDBG funded project being administered though City of Los Angeles HCID and is a federal Davis Bacon and State of California prevailing wage opportunity. BID packages will also be available at a MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference that is scheduled for January 5, 2026 at 10:00amPST at Covenant House California at 1325 N Western Ave, Los Angeles, California 90027. The contractor or his representative may attend the conference in person or via arranged conference call. Bids are due by 5:00pm on January 16, 2026 at Covenant House California.
