NOTICE THAT ALL BALLOTS FOR THE GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION TO BE HELD ON TUESDAY, APRIL 14, 2026 WILL BE COUNTED AT A CENTRAL COUNTING PLACE AND VOTING LOCATIONS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Clerk of the City of Whittier has designated the Council Chamber at Whittier City Hall, 13230 Penn Street, is designated as the central place to count the ballots for the General Municipal Election to be held on April 14, 2026. Vote by Mail ballots will be counted beginning at 8:00 p.m. Election Day ballots will follow thereafter. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at the General Municipal Election held in the City of Whittier on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, there are four Voting Locations. All Voting Locations are handicap accessible and elections workers are Spanish/English bilingual.
