A Pre-Proposal conference will not be held.
All proposals must be received on or before 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time on Wednesday, July 15, 2026. Proposals received later than the above date and time will be rejected.
This project is a Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Set-Aside contract. To participate in this RFP, proposers must be SBE certified with LACMTA prior to proposal due date.
